Tim Beresky graduated from the University of Santa Clara in 1971, receiving a Bachelor of Finance Degree. He graduated from the University of Santa Clara Law School in 1974 receiving a Juris Doctorate degree. He earned a California Real Estate Brokers license in 1978. In 1982 he took a Masters Degree in Taxation Law from Boston University. He has practiced Law in the areas of Estate Planning and Probate since 1975. He regularly takes part in continuing education in the fields in which he practices. He provides one free telephone consultation, as his time constraints permit, to clients regarding Estate Planning and Probate matters.
Mr. Beresky accepts probate cases throughout the entire state of California. His office is located at 972 Santa Rosa St., Suite E, San Luis Obispo, California 93401. Although most, if not all of the time, attorney-client communications can be accomplished by telephone, mail and fax, Mr. Beresky utilizes conference facilities at various locations throughout the state to meet with clients as necessary.
